Everyone no matter what package level they have is able to schedule meetings. Someone just reached out and wanted to connect. If you are on the "Exhibitor Center" in Swapcard,

You will be taken to a new tab where you can click on the last tab on the lefthand side listed, "Meetings."

From there, you will be able to setup your meetings based on your availability as a company:

Here you will be able to manage your availability by either checking off certain times you want to setup meetings or checking the top left box next to each date to select all available times.

You can view your teams profiles and they can manage their visibility if they would like to be seen on Swapcard or if not, they can turn it off.

Lastly, you can network with other participants by clicking on "Attendees" and/or looking at other exhibitors and sponsors who are coming to the event:
