You've probably seen this in the Lead Retrieval Guide you were looking through, but just want to emphasize as soon as your team completes a scan, a little "Qualify" button will appear - once they click that, all of your questions will pop up.

Any leads acquired through the app will also be available in Lead Insights, and that's a great option to see profiles on them, get an easier look at their interactions with IBM, and segment them as you wish (more resources are available in the Digital Event Resources page of the exhibitor portal). However, the answers to the lead qualifiers are only available if you export your leads directly from Swapcard's Exhibitor Center as shown in the Lead Retrieval Guide. That said, you'll see the same leads in both platforms, it's just up to you on how you want to manage.
