Who do I order catering, electrical, internet, etc. from?

  • You'll find our approved vendor list within the "Exhibitor Services Manual" portal button

 

Do I need to purchase Wi-Fi?

  • There is complimentary Wi-Fi on-site that is shared between attendees, sponsors, and exhibitors. If you are planning a demonstration in your booth, please consider looking into dedicated Wi-Fi which can be purchased in the “Exhibitor Services Manual” portal button.

 

What is the warehouse address? 

Tecna's shipping address will be available once their portal opens. 



 

What are the Exhibitor Booth Build-Up, Breakdown, and Event Hours?

Monday, 8 June, 9am – 6pm

Hospitality Suite & Space Only Access in North Expo (Little Gallery), South Expo (QS1) and West Expo (GGA). 

 

Monday, 8 June, 10am 

Space Only Access in East Expo (EM1). 

 

Tuesday, 9 June, 8am – 7pm 

Hospitality Suites & Space Only Access. 

 

Tuesday, 9 June, 1pm

Exhibitor move-in (PPE is required).

How do I add a team member to the portal and/or seed them on reminder emails?

  • You can edit your address through the "Exhibitor Profile" portal button. 

 

What is my booth number?

How many attendees are we expecting?  

  • We are estimating 4,000+ AI professionals at this event. You can find the partner attendee breakdown on page 4 of the prospectus.
